对 27例接受吉非替尼治疗的转移性非小细胞肺癌患者进行CTC、ctDNA及肿瘤组织的EGFR突变分析，并分析其与预后的相关性。实验结果表明CTC可即时反映肿瘤进展，提供耐药监测，指导用药。此外，CTC分子水平检测可为治疗期间对肿瘤基因型进行非侵入性连续监测提供新手段。
